Office Hours
We will normally man the office from 9:00 to 17:00 every UK working day. Special arrangements may mean extra hours will be covered. For minor problems e-mail , fax or the wiki may be used (assuming we have issued you with a login ID)..

For urgent problems or queries, please dial +44-(0)709-211-7741.
During office hours this will be answered by our primary support person, you won't need to ask for anyone by name. If he or she is absent from the office for any length of time, it will be transferred to a secondary support person automatically.
Outside office hours this line switches to voice mail, please leave a short message, including return telephone number
On receipt of a message all members of 4xtra support team are signalled by SMS. You should be contacted by the primary support person within 10 minutes, if not the first secondary should answer, if there is no response within 20 minutes a third level support person will ensure you never have longer than 20 minutes to wait
